Home

Blogger does not like my phone. I'm home. If I'm lucky I'll be home for nine days. I'll report further tomorrow. In even bigger news, my sister Jennifer is a perfect match. I'm very excited to know I might have a chance with transplant. Drugs are kicking in, writing on phone is terrible.

  2. I'm very excited to be home. It's so nice to sleep in my own bed and not have medical staff waking me all through the night. Everything is better here. I'm eating well, thanks to Jessica's awesome fettuccine Alfredo last night, and I feel pretty good. I'm down about 8 pounds but I'm doing what I can to fight that. We're on day 13 of chemo.

The match with Jennifer can't be overstated in its significance. I know of leukemia sufferers who have no option for bone marrow. It's harder to find a match than most people understand.
